Help create a synthetic-free food supply chain

The TANIT Impact Volunteering Program, developed in cooperation with the International Association of Agricultural Students (IAAS), connects global volunteers with regenerative farms, fostering cultural exchange, environmental education, and community engagement. Volunteers actively contribute to soil restoration, biodiversity, and sustainable food systems.

For TANIT farmers, it offers additional voluntary support during harvest and planting times in return for free board and lodging. The program is our contribution to the International Day of the Farmer, celebrated each year on the first day of March.

HOW IT WORKS

Get Started as a Volunteer

  1. Sign Up: If you’d like to volunteer, please first read the Terms and Conditions and then register using the form. We will forward pre-selected Linkedin profiles to farmers in our network.
  2. Pairing: If selected, the farmer will contact you via email regarding volunteering during the next planting or harvest, usually for two to four weeks. A spoken Spanish level of A2 or more is generally required.
  3. Connection: Volunteers arrange accommodation and start/end dates directly with the farmer. TANIT facilitates introductions for free but does not cover costs or insurance.
